Our story weaves together a long history in the kitchen, our local farmers, their land, the ocean, its seafood and our community. Together we create flavours and textures to suit an intimate dinner party or a feast for up to forty.
Our service is bespoke. We accommodate food sensitivities, unique cravings, or traditional, comforting fare. We’ll shuck oysters in your kitchen, elaborate a tasting menu, serve baked halibut on the beach, smoke ribs in your garden.
We’re flexible, we’re seasonal, we’re adventurous.
Fresh ingredients drive our menus, but the ingredients themselves are up to you.
